Bmorfit is a full service fitness planning, design and management company. Our knowledge of the industry allows us to find the perfect solution for any fitness facility.


Bmorfit brings over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to every project. We have served successfully at every level of commercial/corporate fitness in addition to working directly with  local business people on both coasts. Our diverse background gives a strong, broad understanding of the surfacing requirement to marry both mind and body while also considering convenience as a high priority.

 

A menu of classes for all levels or interests

Programs led by fitness and wellness veteran Corey Butts who has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Coach Butts uses health and fitness as a tool to help people create balance in both mental and physical aspects of life.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

50 Minute Class Led by a Certified Trainer

Bmorfit’s circuit training offers medium to high intensity training designed to boost the metabolism, burn fat, and tone your muscles in workouts that are well under 60 minutes. We incorporate strength training, interval training, core training, and plyometrics to achieve total body fitness. Use of free weights, resistance bands, TRX, and medicine balls guarantees that each class will be unique and fun! Prepare to sweat and connect with people who share the same goals and see the results. Classes are for all levels.

PERSONAL TRAINING

30 or 60-Minute Sessions with a Certified Trainer

Bmorfit offers one on one personal training which allows you to safely start your fitness journey or take your workouts to a whole new level. Get the coaching, motivation, and accountability you need to help maximize your results through programs tailored for you. We will be with you every step of the way!

Person training includes:

YOGA

45 or 60- Minute Class: Taught by Certified Yoga Instructor

Bmorfit’s Yoga is a mind and body practice that’s has evolved with a focus on exercise, strength, flexibility, and breathing. It can help boost both physical and mental well-being. There are many styles of yoga, and no one style is more authentic than another. These various styles combine postures, breathing, meditation, relaxation. The key is to choose a class appropriate for your fitness level.

GLUTES & CORE

45 Minute Class taught by certified Instructor

Bmorift's Glute's & Core class will target the glutes and the core. 

Strengthening your glutes can help improve posture, as well as make sitting down, standing, picking up heavy objects and climbing stairs easier. Developing strong glutes can also improve athletic performance and decrease your risk for injuries

Core exercises improve your balance and stability. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities.

Benefits of Core & Glute Exercises:

Bmorfit’s endeavors to fuse beautiful form and true function while evoking all the senses. We use our years in management to give your tenants the best possible experience.  Our staff will find ways in the master plan to increase tenant/staff interactions, improve overall member satisfaction, and allow for more opportunities for ancillary revenue. With a blend of contemporary features, modern amenities, and top of the line equipment, Bmorfit will create not just a gym but a health and wellness escape for your tenants. Working in synergy we will bring your vision out in a structure that can evolve as the industry does.


We took our passion for fitness and found a way to help many others make exercise not only fun but convenient.  Bmorfit will oversee equipment procurement, gym buildout, install, and reveal phases of the project while maintaining an open ear for changes and personal preferences.

COMMUNITY CENTERS

Only the best for your residents.

Bmorfit  has had a hand in designing community centers for new housing developments. All of our work is done on CAD allowing us to manipulate and exchange easily any and all architectural drawings. This has made it very easy to work with home builders.. Additionally, all proposals are done in 3D for improved perspective. If you are working on a development project such as a new housing community centers, urban community center, or retirement home, please do not hesitate to contact us regarding the fitness aspect.
