When I first saw Corey’s circuit class working out, I was intimidated. I didn’t think I could do what they were doing. I could barely run around the block, do a push-up let alone a burpee! Over time I got up courage to check out the class. I was surprised at how easy it was to jump in. Corey helped me find a pace that worked for me. I’ve been going for over a year now and I am stronger and faster than I have ever been. Corey’s classes are honestly fun. You sweat, but by the end you feel like you’ve really accomplished something and you feel good about yourself. Corey is encouraging and really helps everyone find what works for them. He takes time to demonstrate the movements and provides personal attention when you have questions. He is a true professional and has a great sense of humor that keeps everyone smiling. Corey comes prepared with new workouts every week that keep us all motivated. He challenges our group to push ourselves now matter what level you are at. I started working out with Corey about 5 months ago, and it’s been the best! He hosts a circuit class at my work 3x/week during lunch and I was always so hesitant to try it because I thought I could just get a better workout in at the gym on my own. I couldn’t have been more wrong!

Corey is always mixing things up which it keeps workouts fun and interesting – I don’t think I’ve ever done the same workout with him twice. He’ll use whatever he has – weights, jump ropes, cones, or even just an empty space – to come up with a creative, fun and super effective workout. He pushes me further than I would ever push myself and even with a group of 20+ employees, he makes sure everyone is challenged (in a good way), regardless of their fitness level and gives personal attention and coaching to each one of us. He kicks our butts but keep it fun throughout the process!

In the short time, I’ve been working out with Corey, I’ve noticed myself getting stronger, running further, and finishing workouts I never would have when I first started. My own workouts used to consist of weights with light cardio, but Corey’s workouts go way beyond that. I’m getting married in October and I’m confident that I’ll be in the best shape I’ve ever been in by then, thanks to Corey. I would highly recommend him no matter what your fitness goals are. I only wish we had him here more than 3x/week!
