High intensity training designed to boost the metabolism, burn fat, and tone your muscles in workouts that are well under 60 minutes. We incorporate strength training, interval training, core training, and plyometrics to achieve totally body fitness. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, medicine balls guarantees that each class will be unique and fun!
